It is official.
Flowers from Duncan Rd are no longer available.

Thank you to everyone who supported my business. Unfortunately things didn't work out.

I'll still be posting random creative endeavors I hyper-focus on at certain times. So keep in touch if you want.

Peace x

Next trial in the making. Daisy ramekins.
If I can be bothered I'll make them into candles...
These need to dry a bit before I give them a tidy up. Then I wait and hope they don't crack while drying.
Fingers and toes are crossed.

I made a daisy pot! It is so cute I might faint.

It isn't perfect, but it's a good start.

Flowers have been put on the back burner. I have decided it's time to try and slow down a little bit. Whixh means I'm hyper focusing on daisy pots because who on earth can actually slow down?

But it is relaxing, and requires patience when waiting for the clay to dry in winter, then waiting for the bisque fire to cool, then waiting for the glaze fire to cool. Good patience practice for someone who needs to move.

Made these on the 20th May.
Bisque fire 23nd June.
It is a long journey to make a big daisy pot. I can't tell you how many times I've checked these. Two have cracked while drying.
This firing was my most nerve-wracking I must say. It worked! It worked! A good thing happened!

Some of my saved seed zinnias making my life better.

Seed saved from and plants last year. I was very very clever and only planted zinnias from these three zinnia breeders. They new generation are not disappointing!

Just a post of all the new zinnias from seed I saved last summer. They are making my day/week/life.
