Moa Gardens A family-built garden in Oamaru full of butterflies, dahlias, art, & stories, opening this summer We are open! From 10am - 4pm every weekend.

Our flower garden is open for picking from Jan 1st until Easter weekend. Please note, we will be closed Saturday Jan 20th as we will be having a stall at the Kaikohe A&P Show. Green Footed Kiwi is a magical dahlia farm on a rural, bush property ten minutes south of Kaikohe. It is run by a homeschooling family passionate about learning by doing and we are ready to share our dahlia flower farm project to all! We offer:

After Gracie's hour long bed making session yesterday, sh made the call to check all the duvet inners and duvet outers and see what sizes they are.

Let's hope she can work out how to make a bed a bit quicker after this 😆😳

Gracie & Bumblebee 🐶

Bumblebee has been busy this week! We have been doing more back up practice, learning how to jump through hoops, jump onto a platform, and practicing obstacle courses!

He is enjoying the courses a lot, and his favourite thing to do is jump. We have been combining skills together in it, like jumping through the hoop, downs, and jumping onto platforms. It is fun for him and me!

He still needs a bit of practice on going around the cone, and going onto the platform, but he is improving a heap, and him having fun is the most important thing. I have realized how important it is to try new things and get Bumblebee's brain working. He is so much more capable than I think he is, and he surprises me every time!

It's letter time! 🐌💌

I'm starting to get all the bits and pieces together for my October 'Letters to Grandma Moa' letters.

These will be sent out on the 1st of October.

This month Willow is writing to Grandma Moa.

Willow is a lot calmer than Poppy! She loves to notice the little things.

I hope you enjoy reading her story and it makes you think about the questions she asks.
