The Vines Village will be launching the new Vibes at the Vines: Summer Music Series, hosted on the second Saturday of the month from 3pm to 7pm, with local band Double Shot kicking it off for us on October 10th for the Big Day Out.

Running throughout the warmer months from October to April, this free community event features a rotating lineup of the region’s best local musicians.

Stroll through the spring lit paths and enjoy extended trade hours of the Village businesses alongside special event-only perks and exclusive deals all while listening to the relaxed vibes from local musicians.

Free for all ages, locals and visitors alike! The Vines Village is a dog-friendly location.

The Matariki Night Market returns to the Vines Village now on Saturday, July 11th with times from 3pm to 7pm. Join us for a special evening under the stars as we come together to acknowledge Matariki, the Māori New Year. Circumnavigate the Village’s beautifully lit gardens full of live music, food offerings, stargazing, fire performances, local producers and craft artisans, face painting, storytelling, and restorative sauna sessions.

Enjoy the fresh air and autumn sun at the Brew, Bites, and BBQ event on Saturday, April 11th from 2pm to 7:30pm at the Vines Cafe. Whether you are amid the school holidays, finishing the wine vintage, or are looking for a Saturday afternoon outing, this free, family-friendly event is for everyone - our local community and visitors alike.

Sip local craft beer, savor special barbecued morsels, enjoy delicious nibbles, and discover delectable house-made fudge along with a range of hot and cold drinks are available.

Live musical performances by the talented guitarists James Gropp at 2pm and Simon Byrne at 5pm.

Special guests Cheese & Cheers will be offering a range of whiskies aged in brew casks including the launch of Pokeno's Prohibition Porter, whisky fudge made with Albar's Salted Caramel Whisky, and specialized cocktails.

Designated drivers receive free fruit punch and hot beverages during the event.

This free event is at the Vines Cafe is located at the Vines Village at 193 Rapaura Road, Rapaura.

Happy New Zealand Rosé Day!

We’re excited to release the 2022 ‘The Daughters’ Pinot Noir Rosé Méthode Traditionelle, available just in time to celebrate.

Crafted in the traditional sparkling style, this wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, delivering fine bubbles, delicate texture and layered complexity. Elegant, dry and beautifully balanced, the 2022 vintage shows a pale salmon hue, fine bead and lifted aromas of wild strawberry and raspberry, with subtle biscuit notes. Fresh, precise and finished with gentle custard creaminess and a long, cleansing finish.

Late Whitehaven co-founder Greg White was immensely proud of his three daughters, and this wine is named in their honour - a refined Marlborough Méthode Traditionelle with unmistakable poise.
