DEPRESSION - What is it? - It's a horrible place to be!
CREATIVITY - What is it? - It's my life saver is what it is!

I'm not one to openly air what goes on in my life but after a recent Dr's visit I was told to be careful and take things easy - well, that's two things that are alien to me and I know it won't be easy.

This is just a message from Ms average Savage to all those out there who suffer from mental health issues.

Don't let it beat you! I know how scary things can get.

Everyone has creativity in them, you just have to dig inside of yourself to find it. Try everything - it doesn't matter what it is.
Start slow - do a little each day until you find yourself totally engrossed, that time and troubles have slipped by without you realising it. Make it your friend.

I'm no genius, but I get a kick out of what I do and that's what matters.

You can do it.......

That's all I wanted to say.... happy creating everybody!

Christmas and New Years over - time to get back to work..... Bank account gets hacked - card on hold - daughters birthday and need to drive to Papamoa with a bad back - Back to Normal 💩

Thankful that I have finally realised that we are not everybody's cup of tea, that we don't have to live up to others expectations, that I have everything I need, right here, right now and whatever happens, happens for a reason.
