Step 2 - We check with our suppliers (from Japan or Taiwan) for stock availability (model, colour and size)
Step 3 - We purchase the products on your behalf a

Step 4 - Finally, we arrange the logistics to deliver to your door

-Products will only be purchased upon receipt of payment.
-Products will only be shipped to New Zealand after their qualities are ensured within the country of purchase.
-Products will be in original packaging unless stated otherwise.
-Packaging damage caused by carriers are beyond our control.
-Fees will be refunded immediately if the products are out of stock from the supplier.
-NO refunds or returns due to products being sourced from overseas.

Shipping options: (up to 2kg)
- Standard: $40NZD / 2-3 weeks
- Fast: $50NZD / 1 week
- Express: $90NZD / 3 working days
All orders to a weight of over 10kg will require a shipping quote which must be authorised by the customer before the order is shipped. Any customs, duty, tax and import charges incurred on international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer. Please ensure you are familiar with the NZ importation rules and charges to avoid any unexpected costs.
