A great reminder last week of how timing, a bit of luck, and being ready to move can make all the difference.

We had a 40ft container scheduled to leave the next day when a customer reached out needing a sauna heater urgently. This would have usually had to go into the following shipment, though we wanted to see what we could do to make it happen.

We managed to line up stock, hire our own urgent delivery truck, and have the order droppped off overnight to get it into the container just in time.

These moments don’t always work out, but you have to try.
