It is just that.
Its a bad day, a bad decision or a bad choice, they are bad company, it's a bad outcome, a bad meeting, a bad relationship...the list can go on.

But the point is, they are only bad moments!

STOP....breathe. Deep breathe in, deep breathe out.
See it for what it is. Ok so it didn't happen the way you wanted it too and yes it's totally fu**ed your day but it doesn't need to have any bigger impact than that.

Every day the sun will rise and the moon will set.
Let your feelings be the same.
Don't let a bad moment today carry into another day, a week, a month or a year.

Its ok to feel the hurt, anger, disappointment or rejection in the moment but don't give it the time & space to control more time than it deserves.

Let tomorrow's sunrise bring out the positive beauty in you.

Oh yes it does!!!

The world is better because you are in it, because I am in it.

Don't focus on the negative. Don't let that silly little voice get the better of you.

Life can be hard at times in fact it can be bloody unfair but tomorrow is always a new day and with every new sunrise brings new opportunities.

When things seem too hard, just stop. It's ok to not have all the answers or if you can't tick your today list off today. You always have tomorrow and its totally ok

You can get through this and the world is so much brighter with you in it. Don't ever forget that

I always knew this day would come but it's come around a lot faster than I expected

Over the last few days I've been left with so many emotions and to be honest I'm still trying to process them.

For me, all I wanted was an apology but that never came so I needed to find my own apology and learn to forgive myself.

The process is not easy. I never knew court would be so hard or the aftermath would be so lonely.

People took sides, many blamed me and some tried to make me believe I often deserved it but piece by piece I am learning the truth. I wasn't the first but I hope by standing up to him, I may be the last.

This has been a long hard and heartbreaking process but there is light at the end and I believe it when I say it, I am worth it
