Green Lane has been an incredible journey. We started as a handful of market vendors getting together and we really couldn’t have imagined the road we were setting out on.
Community emerged and we saw creators and innovators from all walks of life in Christchurch come together to share, collaborate and dream up ideas.
The values of Green Lane which we held dear will continue within each of our vendors and members of the public with whom it resonated.
We have decided as a team to take some time off from running the Green Lane markets to focus on running our own businesses (and lives). We feel positive that the gap will be filled by resourceful and enthusiastic makers and shakers of Ōtautahi and that the many vendors we supported on their small business journeys will find new places to showcase their talent.
We will continue to share relevant content on our social media that we feel may interest the Green Lane community, such as other markets and events so stick around if you want to stay in the loop.
