A little sweet meets a little tang.

White chocolate and blueberry ganache balanced with sour cream.

I’ve got the itch to bake 🤍

I’m waiting on some new equipment to arrive so I can perfect the new product, and it’s taking all my willpower not to be in the kitchen already.

If you’ve been thinking about ordering any of our current flavours, now’s a lovely time — they’ll be changing once the new product is ready. I’ll be doing a small bake this week if there’s interest.

Today was spent at the beautiful Edmonds Gardens with my favourite little human — park walks, snacks in the sun, spotting piwakawaka (fantails), one of his and my favourite birds, and the very important job of putting rubbish in the smart bin 🗑️🤍

Sending a brave little box of macarons off into the wild today 📦✨
New packaging test = posted + fingers crossed 🤞🏼

Also squeezed in a mini photoshoot for the new macaron fits because obviously they needed their moment 💅🏼🍪

AND… Tūā scored a kitchen upgrade + an early Christmas over here 😅
Turns out testing packaging is very serious business (and definitely not just an excuse to play with new things).

Fully entered Lazy Mode today 😂
Made my son a cardboard oven and microwave… so now the whole house is officially running on imagination and cardboard engineering.

Honestly thinking of moving my macaron business into his kitchen. Zero power bill, bakes in 0.2 seconds, and every batch is ‘perfect’ according to a very supportive 20-month-old sous chef.

Also been experimenting with painted macarons lately, so don’t be surprised if the next launch comes with ✨ toddler-approved, cardboard-oven-inspired ✨ designs.
