We were so overwhelmed by the turn out at today's market! We are so grateful that everyone came out to support so many local businesses with great attitudes as well!
We would also like to thank all our vendors for jumping on this crazy idea in a very short time frame!

My name is Hilary, I have recently left my part time role as a vet nurse to become a full time potter. I live in St Albans Christchurch with my lovely husband and two awesome kids.
I am also living as a Stage 4 Bowel cancer survivor (so far anyway 🤷🏻‍♀️) if fact I started pottery to help my hands recover from the damage that Months of chemo had caused.

My family love to surf, snowboard and generally get outdoors together.
I make all of my work from my wee studio in my garden, it’s just such a sunny relaxing space to work, and it fits in so well with my busy home life.

Most of my work us functional homewares, such as travel cups, spoon rests and soap dishes. But I also make the occasional more artist piece.

My name is Megan and I founded Cloth & Candle in 2016 with the intention of creating well made and affordable handcrafted products. As an active relaxer, being creative is incredibly therapeutic for me so each product is made with pure love and with the intention of putting a smile on someones face. When I'm not making candles I'm almost always busy in the garden where a lot of the beneficial flowers & herbs are harvested for the bath and body products!
