Before using Epotread, Graeme Gale from Helicopters Otago had seen many epoxy floors fail.
Blistering, lifting, and surfaces that just didn’t last.

That’s what he’d come to expect, until the right system was used.

Despite oil stains and constant heavy use, this Epotread floor has never lifted, never blistered, in one of the highest-use hangar environments in the country.

We recently spoke with Graeme Gale, CEO of Helicopters Otago, about their experience using Epotread in one of the highest use hangar environments in the country.

Helicopters Otago operates the busiest helicopter base in New Zealand, with constant aircraft movements, vehicles, and ground equipment passing over the floor every day.

As Graeme puts it: "I’d seen that many floors around that had all blistered off, paint was lifting. This has just proven to be 100% perfect".

We’ve been working with the Helicopters Otago team for over 15 years, supplying the Epotread epoxy floor coating system for their bases in Dunedin and Queenstown, helping maintain a clean, safe, and reliable working environment for their staff.
