Kia Ora, Alex V**e Store Family!

We are back with more exciting updates! Today, we are thrilled to introduce to you what we do at AlexWorks, our 3D printing workshop based in Christchurch.

We endeavour to offer practical and creative solutions with a focus on sustainability. We are proud to say that all of our 3D printed creations are made using Bioplastics derived from the renewable plant-based materials like corn, cassava, and sugarcane!

Our primary material is Polylactic Acid (PLA), which is biodegradable and environmentally responsible thermoplastic. In warm, moist, and aerobic industrial settings, bioplastics begin to biodegrade through microbial activity, leaving a significantly smaller environmental footprint compared to conventional plastics.

One of our most popular items is a 3D printed custom name tag! We offer name tag printing service at AlexWorks and you can customise it with any names or words you want. It is a practical option for anyone who wants a personal touch on their belongings, and especially for kids.

Our personalised name tags have received positive feedbacks from parents and kindergarten teachers! Aiding in multi-sensory education, name recognition & early literacy, a name tag will be a great gift for any children.

Yesterday was a difficult day for us here at our Papanui store. We were the unfortunate victims of a ram raid that caused extensive damage to our property and resulted in the theft of some of our products.



We are heartbroken by the senseless act of violence that was committed against us, and we are grateful that none of our staff members were harmed in the incident.



We want to express our deepest gratitude to the community for their outpouring of support and encouragement during this challenging time. Your kind words and messages of solidarity have lifted our spirits and given us the strength to carry on.



In the meantime, we are committed to serving our customers to the best of our abilities and getting our store back to normal.

Hey everyone! Thank you for your continued support for Alex V**e Store. As you can see its been all hands on deck working to open our latest store. We have furnished the entire store ourselves, with Alex and the team working long hours to provide our customers with another location to discuss all your va**ng needs. This store will have a lounge and cafe area where customers are welcome to come and meet, as we want to provide a friendly and relaxed environment. We are looking at opening this Papanui store next Wednesday! (12/04/23) Located at 97 Main North Road, right next to Northland's mall.

Also don't forget about our two other stores, 403B Ilam Road and 569 Barbadoes Street.
