Tuesday 12 - 7
Thursday 12-7
Friday 9-5

This is my sister Maria.

On Sunday we ran the Run Akaroa 1/2 Marathon together. Yes we were in matching SOS tops

This is a run that for us was 8 years in the planning and for me as someone who is type A it was a completely different experience doing a race to just hang out with my big sister.

As you are aware Trinc is trying to be a positive voice in the mental health space and sometimes its about focusing on the important things.

When all the messaging is about having the flash cars, watches, houses etc I think people lose sight of what is important. it is not about chasing things of value but things of worth. Or in this case it was not about chasing a time but embracing the experience and the journey.

That was a fun day on a pretty brutal course.
