And if that wasn't enough, you get the inaugural event t-shirt and free race photos.

The 8km at the Kahawai Pt Coastal Classic is a proper trail run. Farm tracks, good vibes, and a stretch of the Kahawai Point coast. Rough underfoot in places, and that's the point.

It's chip-timed, it's the first running of it, and every finisher gets a tee.

Sunday 4 October, Glenbrook. Entries close on 20 September; no race-day entries.

We recently attended the NZ Secondary Schools Orienteering Championships as a partner! We were grateful to be able to work with Oland sport & SPORTident to be able to provide all competitors with a unique event buff as well as provide SIACs as prizes!

It was amazing to watch the future of Orienteering compete and also engage with them afterwards. A massive thanks to Peninsula and Plains Orienteers for letting us sponsor the event and attend as a retailer!

Read more about our experience here:

Our crew spent four days at the NZ Secondary Schools Orienteering Championships in Canterbury, and it was a good week to be around junior orienteering. Competitors from Year 7 through 13 came to Christchurch to test their map reading and their legs. The courses asked for everything, from split-secon...

Woodhill delivered yesterday.

Hundreds of Auckland school orienteers took on the Celebre map for the 2026 Auckland Schools Long. Vague forest areas, tricky route choices, and some seriously sharp navigation out there. Huge congratulations to everyone who toed the start line, whether you were chasing the podium or finding your first control.

A massive well done to our podium finishers (swipe through). You earned every second of it.

Full results are live on our website now - head to events.trailblazenz.com to see how you stacked up.

Thanks to NWOC , the local iwi for forest access, and every coach, parent, and crew member who made it happen.

See you out there.
