It’s Saturday at BBQs Direct, so you know what that means… there’s smoke happening somewhere! 😎

But today we couldn’t decide what to fire up! 🤷‍♂️

“Can you cook us some ribs for lunch?, ready at Noon?😂

Two racks of superb Wichita ribs.
2¾ hours to defrost, prep and cook.

No pressure then… 😏 But job done! 💪🔥

Hot & fast on the mighty Green Mountain Grills Ledge Prime 2.0 pellet grill, and these beauties were ready for lunch.
