Additionally, iTac has now developed a new and improved stickIt which now holds 30grams. It also has a twist up function, which is a big improvement.

If you're doing tricks that require a heavy duty crash mat (like a silks handstand...), chances are you need some heavy duty grip!

Well nowadays we have a whole wide range of grips for all our aerial friends to use!

(Bonus points if you've ever been in a studio that used vodka to clean off the poles 🙃)

There's nothing better than training with a friend, even if you end up being less productive and overall end up talking a lot of nonsense. Or trying moves that put you in incredibly weird positions.

Honestly though, I wouldn't want to train with anyone other than my training friendos ❤️ they help when I'm struggling and generally are a great moral boost.

I couldn't have made this content without the help of Petra Core my human prop, and one of the aforementioned training friends.

Have you tried out Dew You by Dew Point Products yet? It's a rosin based spray that is perfect for hands and body on any apparatus.

Here Andrew Kerr is using it to help out his hands for some hand grippy silks tricks!

Another fun trick is when Dew You starts drying up, just give it a spray with alcohol or meths and it's good to go again without reapplying, how good!

Look, we all know that sometimes it's easy to get distracted in class. We might be avoiding something hard, or need to unwind after a stressful week and need some 'wiggle time'.

However you choose to live your training sessions, Grip Witch is here to support you. Because we get that not every session is going to be the same, but ideally we want to be equipped with the best support to give ourselves the best chance at a productive training session.
