Meet Jenny, Store Manager of Country Road at The Crossing.

Jenny brings a wealth of retail experience to her role, having previously worked as a Cluster Manager at Witchery before taking on the challenge of leading one of Country Road's larger stores — something she has embraced wholeheartedly.

Her hands-on approach and genuine passion for people set the tone for everything the store does. From helping her team play to their strengths, to ensuring every customer feels welcome and confident, Jenny is focused on the experience from the inside out.

Together with her Assistant Manager, Beverley, she's building a positive, thriving culture.
