All the cacao for our award-winning single origin chocolates is sourced by us directly from the same small farmers and fermenters we have worked with for the past 10.5 years.

Together we’ve learned how to control fermentation in each province to achieve the consistent bold flavors each Marou bar is known for. Our relationship with our farmers and fermenters is everything. Even among craft chocolate companies, this level of relationship with our suppliers is rare. It is made possible by our being in the same country. They know they can call us any time for any reason, and our team will be there to support.

Chúng mình đã cùng nhau học cách kiểm soát quá trình lên men ở mỗi tỉnh thành để đảm bảo hương vị đặc trưng nhất của mỗi thanh sô-cô-la Marou trứ danh. Mỗi quan hệ hợp tác này đã làm nên tất cả.
