Soy Candles and Melts
Soy wax comes from soya bean oil and is used to make our soy candles and soy melts. It is a natural alternative vegetable wax. Soy wax is popular due to its sustainability and environmental credentials. The Soy wax I use contain NO GMO material, NO paraffin, NO unnatural additives and are Kosher certified. Co

mbine these waxes with the cotton wicks we use, which contain NO zinc and NO lead for an environmentally friendly candle. The fragrances I source are made of a combination of natural and synthetic materials. The synthetic materials are highly purified and the essential oils and naturally-derived ingredients which are distilled or purified as well. Fragrances Available:
Black Raspberry & Vanilla, Chef's Candle, Earl Grey Tea, French Pear, French Pear and Vanilla, Lotus Flower, Orange, Pina Colada, Raspberry, Sweet Pea and Jasmine, Sweet Pea and Vanilla, and Vanilla

Available in small, medium and large sized glass containers with lids and a medium sized metal travel tin. prices start from $15
Can also add dried flowers and crystals from as little as $2

Also I am happy to refill any old candle containers you have with the fragrance of your choice. Scented Soy Candle Refills – (Price depends on size of container being refilled). I can refill your own special container (doing my part for the environment and recycling).

How to get the best out of your Illuminate Soy Candle ❤

Once your candle's lit, DON'T blow it out until the top layer of wax has melted all the way across. This might take several hours so don't set out to burn a candle at all unless you've got the time to do so. This is also called candle memory.

Whenever you fail to achieve full melt, you're contributing to a process called tunnelling. The wick starts to sink lower and lower, like a tunnel is forming right through the center of the candle. Eventually, the tunnel will grow so deep that it'll be tough to light the wick at all. More importantly, all that unmelted wax on the sides represents hours of lovely fragrance and burn time you bought but won't ever get to utilize.

It takes patience, but if you melt the wax all the way across every time you burn, the surface of the candle will stay flat and the sides of the tin (or jar) will stay clean, all the way down until the candle is spent

You can reuse your old candle containers and have them refilled. It doesn't have to be one of our containers either. Happy to refill any candle safe container you may have.

Cost depends on the size of the container being refilled and whether you would like crystals and dried flowers added.
