I've been going through my craft stash and I found a ton of leftover bits and pieces that I thought would be cool to throw together into some mystery packs.

These would be good for collage, tinkering, art projects, craft projects, paper crafts.

They will all be different, and include things like mini clothes pegs, puzzle pieces, bottle tops, pipe cleaners, ribbon, buttons and much more. Totally random things - but kids love random things right?!

These are not complete kits where you make a certain something. This is just a pile of unrelated supplies for the kids to use their imagination, and have a play around and see what they come up with, or to add to an existing art/craft supply box. You'll need to supply your own tape and glue and paint etc.

These are not suitable for younger children because of the size of the items.

Advent Day 4, coming in a bit late today (and yes I know it's the 5th - hush!) Well, I should have waited.... I already have something gorgeous that's worthy of stitching on the beautiful yellow aida we got... And it is of course the pattern that was provided with that very idea in mind!! Will definitely be giving that a go next year!
Also received a pack of needles from Caterpillar Cross Stitch, a koala Plushie, and I think it's a bookmark WITH friends themed Thanksgiving and Christmas icons. Love ❤️❤️❤️

Well my videographer/editor has done a runner so it'll just be photos of my advent calendars for a while lol (to be fair she does have dress rehearsals for her dance show all week, so she's pretty busy!!)
Advent day 3 - from Caterpillar Cross Stitch, a piece of white aida, which I am presuming we will get a pattern for at some point, and use the DMC from yesterday.
Project cards and some lovely glittery yellow thread from Orderly stitching, some Friends themed gift labels, and a snowman elf Plushie.

Forgot to post the day 2 advent haul. Loving the gorgeous yellow of the aida from orderly stitching. My eyes can't take anything smaller than 14 count but I'm gonna have to make an exception for this Coz it's beautiful. Just have to find a pattern to deserve it!

Day 1 advent calendar haul!
A Friends TV show activity book, a mini Santa Plushie, a daffodil needle minder and a set of Mill Hill beads. I wonder what day 2 will bring??

I love advent calendars. I enjoy counting down, and I love the anticipation of wondering what the surprise will be each morning!
I treated myself to 4 different advent calendars this year. Two cross stitch related - one from Caterpillar Cross Stitch and the other from . Then I also got the official Friends TV Show advent calendar, and the Kmart Plushie one.
I'll be sharing opening videos each day, but they'll be delayed so that I don't inadvertently spoil it for anyone in a different time zone (perks of being in New Zealand - we get to see everything first 😉😉)
So follow along to see what treats I get each day!

I know which way I'm leaning, but what's your preference. Bright traditional Christmas colours, or plain but classic brown paper packages?
