Spare a thought for the thousands of Ukrainians who are being forced to take shelter in Kyiv's underground metro stations during missile and drone strikes.
Earlier this week it was estimated more than 56000 people including thousands of children were forced to take shelter in Kyiv alone.
Night after night the attacks are coming, night after night children and the elderly are taking shelter.
Imagine trying to comfort your loved ones and trying to sleep in the underground, especially knowing many have been killed while running for shelter :(
We are seeking to do all we can especially in neighbouring areas where children and families have taken shelter, many of them now war orphans. Our main support is through providing a school for displaced Ukrainian children, we have been assisting with this since 2022, but we also are helping with other humanitarian aid. As funds allow we also can help groups working with needs in the heart of Ukraine, we have been part of several aid runs into Ukraine.
We are in need of gifts to continue to reach out strong to the children and people of Ukraine. They are suffering greatly, thank you for remembering them in practical ways.
To donate please head to our website and mark your gift for Ukraine.
