Back in the factory this week crafting our bean to bar chocolate. Kyle is using the ball mill which grinds up the chocolate to make it liquid, a really important process to make the chocolate smooth and flowing. This machine can process 50kg of chocolate in 90 minutes.

Our fantastic volunteers, Betty and Christine, were the stars of our OCHO pop up shop at Dunedin Airport. We had a brilliant weekend showcasing our products and meeting travellers, and appreciated the excellent support of the airport staff!
