Hey Guys Laundry Lounge Gore with an update:
As you all know dryer 12, 17 and 18 have gone out of order. We’ve had some teething issues with some of the factory components becoming faulty after the first months use after we first opened the laundromat.
Dryer 12 and 17 have now been fixed and operating correctly with multiple tests done to ensure all components are working correctly.
Dryer 18 - out of service until new parts arrive. Hopefully this drum will be sorted within the next couple of weeks.
We’ve now stocked replacement parts in storage for any future troubles with the machines. This will ensure a quick turn around time on any possible faults that may arise. Please let us know if you run into any troubles and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
We want the Gore community to use this space with ease and have a smooth experience so we’re open to any recommendations/necessities to make the laundromat easier to use and operate.
