last night I had a complication with a very painful corneal abrasion needing a visit to the emergency eye department Then back this morning for another eye checkup. Lots of drops and ointments, finally I am back home to rest

Yummy 😋 I've shared this many times as it is the best ever roast pumpkin & coconut soup recipe below 👇 this is my favourite from Jax Hamiltons book Jax cooks. It is a spicy, caramelized delicious thick creamy soup. Great on a cool ❄️ day.

Another glorious sunny winters day working in the garden. Making compost, moving several oregano and leucanthemum plants to have them all planted in the same place hoping to make them easier to harvest next season.
