⭐️WELLINGTON⭐️ Once again we have been targeted by theives, smashing not only our door, but our cabinet and near emptying our store of all its stock... This is the second one in a month.

The amount of stock lost to these types of hits comes at a massive cost to the business, and having to restock and repair our favoured Wellington store for a second time is taking its toll both emotionally and financially.

If you can give anything to help us keep this store alive, it would be appreciated.

‼️ALL SHOPS OPEN‼️
Good morning, guys! Come and visit us in shop today! Auckland shops are open under level 3 guidelines with contactless service! All other shops are open under level 2 as previously. Couple of things that need to be done in level 3, please:

• stay 2m apart
• wear your mask
• sign in with the Covid tracer app
• no cash can be accepted
• be kind (that’s not mandatory but we’d really appreciate it❣️

‼️SHOPS UNDER LEVEL 2‼️
From Wednesday, 8th of September all shops south of the Auckland border will switch to Covid Level 2 with the following rules:

• Customers and staff will have to maintain social distancing in the shop (2m apart, 1m apart between staff members). The amount of customers in the shop at the same time is limited, based on the shop size, shop staff will advise. If there is a line, please make sure to stand 2m away from the next person in both directions.
• Like our staff, customers will HAVE to wear masks, please don’t take offense if we don’t service you when not wearing a mask. Hand sanitizers will also be available.
• Eftpos machines will be sanitized by our staff after every transaction. Cash can be accepted but for hygienic reasons we’d prefer if you would use your eftpos card.
• We STRONGLY recommend to scan the Covid tracer QR code when entering the shop.

If you prefer to shop entirely contactless, all online orders on v**ecrew.co.nz will also be processed as usually!

• Shops CANNOT be physically entered, customer interactions will happen at the front door under social distancing measures (2m apart). If there is a line, please make sure to stand 2m away from the next person in both directions.

• Like our staff, customers HAVE to wear masks, please don’t take offense if we don’t service you when not wearing a mask. Hand sanitizers will also be available. Eftpos machines will be sanitized by our staff after every transaction.

• All customers HAVE to scan the Covid tracer QR code before receiving service.

• Strictly contactless service and payment, we can’t and won’t take cash!

Please stay home and stay safe but if you have to or prefer to use our physical shop we will be happy to see you again soon! 😃

Our Auckland shops remain closed under L4 but all online orders will be processed as usually! Please expect slight delivery delays due to a very high demand for couriers.
