We receive so many messages today asking if we still do our candied fruit and the last time we did it, was when this post was made last year 🫣😂
We understand you miss our candied fruit & what amazing feedback we had as the sales went on
But in reality, the last day we cooked up - alot of it was wasted due to cancellations, left on “seen” messages, flat out no responses and some just not showing up when they said they would. This caused us alot of food waste in the end and money.
And yes 100% we had some amazing customers and sold a SH* LOAD of our lovely candied treats on the good days but unfortunately it’s unfair losing that much food and money when you put your all into providing the best quality food.
So, for now no - we will not be making candied fruit again any time soon. In future that might change but for now, you will all have to live through our pretty photos of it on our page 😝
Forever grateful for those who supported the candy lab & also those who supported the Dubai Choc Bars when that went off as well.
Your support has never gone unnoticed & I’m still very grateful for it today a year on.
