PonyJet Hot Water System - Recall,
Unfortunately our worst nightmare, and all your fears about this product have come true, and despite many emails from ponyjet ensuring the product is safe, and will work in NZ, it now appears this is incorrect.
If you have a Ponyjet Shower unit, please do not use it, unless you have a Spa Plug which is 13Amps.
Anyone who purchased from Tackshop, please accept my deepest appologies over this matter, and I will be in touch to arrange a return and refund.
If you purchased direct from Ponyjet, The company in England will be in touch.
Again, I am so sorry about this.. I should have listened to all of you who tried to tell me it would not work.

Local Delivery has now been loaded to our website for Napier/Hastings Non-Rural Areas.
$5 Delivery, or Free for orders over $100. This will be permanent, so any time you need anything, we can get it to you.
Please only use this for Non-Rural though. Rural Delivery will need to go through the normal freight system.
Also Note, if you are a Gold Club Member, your discount does not apply to online purchases, that discount is for In-Store Only.
