One of our Ranch horse fam has lost everything in a house fire this week 😢 so gutted for them this is my worst fear! So devastating!

A very special cowhide engraving we completed last month for two very special people 🥰

Our Ranchhorse family banded together to get this hide engraved with our Ranchhorse organizers stud brand as a token of thanks for everything they do. These guys go above and beyond, When I say family, I really mean it, and they created that.

We will be attending the Feilding Equine Expo this Saturday 16th May at Manfield Stadium. 10am till 3pm

CLEARANCE

we have a few clearance items to move at heavily reduced prices. items are all in great condition, just a bit dusty or shop soiled from travelling round the rodeos or they may be missing packaging.

please check that you are happy with your purchase as we don't accept returns on clearance. prices don't include postage (I can give you a quote for postage if you message me your address) and pickup is free.

Pic 1: First up are the Bull riding vests, all in perfect condition we just had mega interest to get these in then no response once we did so we are keen to clear them out. please check sizing charts, I will add these in the picture comments.
Adult sizes $499 each (usually $599)

Youth sizes $450 each (usually $579)

We are heading to Ranch Horse in Taupo this weekend and will have the shop set up at the Taupo western riding club grounds from 10am till 3pm Saturday 9th May.

come on down for a catch up and a browse of our full range of quality western tack, giftware, belts, buckles, cowhides and more! :)

You could even bring your horse and enter some ranch horse events and see what it's all about! so much fun and such an awesome bunch of people! Ranch Horse is very unique as it caters to all levels of riders from lead rein to beginner adults and experienced competitive riders all out there together having fun and helping each other grow 🥰

as always, if you cant bring your horse to try gear on, please feel free to bring your current gear for sizing and colour matching :)

We LOVE our ranch horse weekends! Kylie describes it so well 🥰 Donna and Gavin are super amazing and have created this awesome environment where total beginners can ride alongside super competitive people and theres no divide, just one big family!

A Community That Restored My Faith in Humanity
In today’s society, it can be difficult to find a true sense of community—a place where kindness, respect, and genuine care are not only valued but lived every day. Coming here, to the world of Ranch riding, has restored my faith in people and reminded me of the best qualities of humanity. These are the same values I hope to instill in my children, and for a time, I feared they no longer existed. Here, I have found them again.
Within this community, I have witnessed countless moments of quiet generosity—people helping one another without seeking recognition, simply because they can. Whether it’s lending a hand behind the scenes, sharing knowledge, or offering words of encouragement, these everyday acts of kindness have left a lasting impression on me. I have spent many hours watching the connection between beautiful horses and their people, and I am continually moved by the trust, gratitude, and love that define this place.
My daughter, Jazzlynn, counts down the days until we can be here again—and I have come to realize that I do the same. This community has not only brought joy into our lives but has made a lasting impact on my family. It has reminded me that goodness still thrives in the world, and that when people come together with shared passion and compassion, something truly special happens... Kylie.

Man what an eventful 48 hours that was!

Trees down, flooding, no power, no internet and no phone service. Amazing how much we rely on all of those things these days!

The water got pretty worrying as it came halfway up our lawn towards the house last night, and man did it rise FAST!
Luckily its now receding and has dropped around 1.5 meters ish and continuing to drop. Phew!

We spent lots of the night moving stuff away from its path as it rose so we are all pretty shattered today! But man we are honestly so lucky compared to others in our community who i really feel for. Its such a horrible feeling watching that water coming up so fast and knowing theres not a damn thing you can do about it. I can only imagine what its like watching it come into your house 🫣

I'd just like to thank everyone who offered us places for our animals to go, places for us to stay, help to move things and everything else you guys are all the most amazing people and we appreciate you all so much! 🥰

Again, for all orders that have come in over the last 3 days I will get these out to you ASAP as soon as services come back on and things are moving again. We appreciate your patience and we are really sorry for the delay.
