Southland Biltong is officially under new ownership🥩

We’re bringing authentic South African biltong to Southland — made the traditional way using quality ingredients and time-honoured methods.

Right now we’re working behind the scenes to get everything up and running, dial in our recipes, and prepare for launch.

Online orders will be available nationwide, and we’ll also be popping up at local farmers markets.

We’re excited to share what’s coming — stay tuned.

Hey All
It is with sadness that we want to let you know that we have made the bald decision to stop operations. We have recently had some time off and have realised that we want more time for ourselves and to spend more time with family and friends.
It has been a difficult decision as we will most certainly miss each and every one of you.
We have met the most wonderful people, some of whom has become great friends. We appreciate all your support, the small talk and all the banter. We couldn’t have done it without you, you are amazing and we will miss you greatly.

If anybody are interested in taking the business over, whether it is the Biltong side of the business or the food trailer side, or both contact me for more info on 027 317 9052.

We will most probably see you at the events, but as customers and not food vendors😁

Take care of yourselves and please come and say hi if you see us out and about!

Oh and if anybody has vouchers that still needs to be redeemed, please let me know and we will refund it🙂
