FRIDAY MUSE >> I'll continue to reiterate how proud I am to be 100% independent, I do not rely on third party orders and Im proud of that.

Yesterday I received a call from a distressed customer who had placed an order 2 days prior to be delivered locally yesterday. This company emailed to say they do not deliver to the area... yet took two days to notify the customer.

Now I can almost guarantee this was a relay company because I know by choosing a local florist not one would let you down like this.

This is why you can never ever beat independent, locally owned! Which behind the business is a real person who actually cares and wants to provide.

Im always happy to take a call and recommend a florist out of our area so you can go direct.

Whenever the phone rings and it’s a flower order, I always ask three things—and always in this order

The recipient’s name

The delivery address – this immediately tells me when I can deliver.

The card message – this often reveals the occasion and helps me understand the sentiment behind the gift.

From there, I usually have a good idea of the most suitable floral options to recommend. Whether it’s a birthday, sympathy tribute, celebration, or just because, these simple questions help me create something meaningful and personal for every single order ✨

Mother's Day week 👉 she was a vibe....

Thank you all so much for choosing to use me I appreciate you all so very much!

Thank you to the amazing reputable commercial growers, floral suppliers, wholesalers and our legendary couriers you were my MVP's last week delivering all over the far north to our Mummas.

Mother's Day week is planned months in advance and it doesn't always go to plan, there was only one slight meltdown with the realisation of the workload I had ahead, somehow I managed to pull it off.

Special thanks to my husband, my boys, family, friends and floral friends thanks for keeping me inline and in check all week long.

"Scheduled Post" I dont often schedule posts and prefer to be 100% authentic posting in real time.

This week in the thick of it, these two that made me a Mum I continually remind myself they are my reason.

My reason that I do what I do so that I can be present for them. Sorry Im not 100% present this week boys but flowering for our local Mummas is a priority this week.

Last week I delivered several bunches of flowers to a beautiful local on departing her employment.

Not one, not two but three of them contained future job offers. I kid you not, thats speaks absolute volumes.

We have some pretty phenomenal people in our community and Im so lucky I get to share in that joy with flowers 🫶
