We promise we’re not ignoring you! If we don’t answer straight away, it’s usually because:

* We’re helping a customer standing in front of us
* We’re already speaking with someone on another call
* You’ve been placed on hold while we finish assisting another customer
* Our team is busy preparing prescriptions and providing healthcare services safely

As much as we’d love to sprout extra arms and answer every call immediately, sometimes there simply aren’t enough hands—or phones—to go around!

We’re excited to introduce Jorja, to our team! 🎉Jorja is studying to be a pharmacy technician!

Jorja comes from a local family and has strong ties to our community. Outside of work, she umpires netball for Bay of Plenty alongside members of her family.

She also brings plenty of life experience from overseas, having taken part in Camp America and travelled through England, Norway, France and Australia.
