📣 Business Update – We're Still Here (Just Pressing Reset!)
To our wonderful customers and community –
We want to reassure you that we are not closing down – we’re simply navigating a major transition behind the scenes.
After 11 years in business, we're currently overhauling our operating and financial systems in preparation for a brand new name and refreshed identity later this year. It’s an exciting leap forward… but let’s be honest – absolutely nothing about it has gone smoothly. If it could go wrong, it probably has.
Part of the challenge has also been Hayley's health – She's been extremely unwell, to the point where she's been unable to work at all. It's been a confronting and difficult time for us personally and professionally.
With our sons moving on to their next chapters and no staff currently in-store, we've made the tough call to take a short break for the next couple of weeks until our new team starts.
