It’s the time of year! 4 years ago today and Dave had an unreal evening session out our West Coast! So good that Eddie’s 25lb Snapper was mounted and is pride of place on our wall.

Do the mahi, get the treats! Our mate Eddie was out west up far north and stumbled across a float out wide with a school of hundreds of Mahi Mahi hanging around it. After a bit of getting used to the blue water, he managed to bag 4 of them! 🤤

The fish were playing hard to get yesterday and along with mixed visibility, made for a challenging day but Karl and Hugh managed to get a couple for dinner! Great to see a few Kingfish around this early in the season.

Been a rough couple of weeks of weather here in Wellington, so here’s some raw footage of a nice day in early October Hugh managed get some good vis, and good numbers of Warehou around! Here’s hoping we see a few more of these days asap!
