Do you practice a little bit of selfcare for yourself each day?
If you don't, I highly reccomend you do!! It doesn't need to be something that takes an hour each day, though you are worthy of that time. It only takes 5minutes a day.
You deserve it. Looking after yourself and trying to be your best self helps everyone around you 😊
What things do you like to do for yourself? What fills your cup?
Here a few ideas below 👇 ......

*Take a bath or long(er) shower, I am a massive fan of MiaBelles shower steamers and bathsoak!!🛀
*Hair mask, why not do a face mask at the same time🧖♀️
*Blow-dry your hair. Try a new hair style. Treat yourself to a visit with your favourite Hairdresser💇♀️
*Look in the mirror and say 3 positive things about yourself🥰
Write down all the things you are grateful for.
*Get dressed up for no reason, wear your favorite outfit!!
*Light your favourite candle, sip a hot drink with your feet up☕️
*Pay it forward – donate to a food bank, help a neighbor or do a good deed.
I know atm the moment there are a lot of places collecting warm pajamas for Cjdrens Hospitals around NZ.
There is no greater feeling than helping others🤗
*Declutter a small space. Sort that junk drawer or do a overhaul on your closet.
*Exercise, walk, have a dance party, stretch for 5 minutes, get yourself a PT, join a club, backyard sport with the kids....💃🕺🏋♀️🏌🏄♂️🚵🏂
*Have a good belly laugh!!
*Sit in the sun and soak in the Vitamin D☀️
*Water your plants, w**d your garden, plant something new, start an edible garden.🌱
*Cook your favorite meal, learn to cook a new recipe, bake a family favourite.
*Meet a friend for coffee or lunch, girls night🍸 boys night, friends group catch up, potluck dinner with some of your favour people!!
*Buy flowers for yourself or support one of your favourite small businesses and treat yourself to some of your favourite things💐
*Journal 📒 declutter that brain of yours each night for a more restful snooze.
*Meditate, all it takes is 5 or 10 mins a day🧘♀️🧘♂️
*Go to bed early😴
