Last week Rosie had the pleasure of creating this spectacular spray for the late Joy Bradley. Joy was a well known and loved member of the florist community having owned and operated Victoriana florist in Upper Hutt for over 30 years. Joy will be sorely missed as we keep her friends and family in our thoughts ❤️

It’s essential to make sure the property you’re buying is the right fit for you.

✔️ Does the location support your daily routine and long-term goals?
✔️ Do you genuinely like the community and surrounding area?
✔️ Does the home fit not just today’s needs, but future plans?
✔️ Is there potential for appreciation, updates, or added value?

The right property should align with lifestyle, finances, and future vision, not just first impressions.

Thinking about making a move? 📩 Start with a strategy that ensures the next home is the right one.
