Getting your hands on some clay, letting yourself just disappear into this magical, non-judgmental and peaceful hobby, is something you would never regret. Trust us.
Everything about this wonderful, natural medium is good for you. Even sanding the bottoms. Even finding a cracked piece amongst the fired pieces. Even scrapping your piece that you had such high hopes for, even before it became anything.
Why?
It teaches you something.
It keeps you grounded. And humble. And grateful.
Put your hands or your feet into soil, sand or dirt. It grounds you. It makes you feel alive.
Clay? Same thing, yeah. It consists of all of those things.
Anyhow, enough babbling. Come and say hello to us when we're showing our sweet faces in Mangonui Hall this Saturday ❤️
