The one making sure our products are stocked and our customers get what they need, when they need it - and often the friendly voice on the phone helping customers out too. Creative, friendly, and always a great sounding board for ideas, a big part of what keeps things ticking. While technically our purchasing officer, Tyler is also our creative and marketing superstar, behind our newsletters, reels, product photography and designs — bringing the brand to life in everything we do. Always across the latest trends too, often walking in with the next big thing - from Labubus to limited release mugs. We rely on Tyler to keep us young and on trend.

Meet Caleb 👋🏼
Caleb might be our youngest team member, but he’s definitely got an old soul. Always showing up with style, he proves you can work in a warehouse and still look sharp doing it. He’s a key part of our back-to-school season, often running the packing line and on his feet all day making sure everything gets out the door. Caleb is also the friendly face greeting customers when they pop into the warehouse. Cool, calm and collected - and lowkey giving Stranger Things energy - Caleb is a big part of keeping things running smoothly.

Mina is the powerhouse behind so much of what happens at Educational Essentials. Meticulous, a perfectionist, and always across every detail, she’s the one making sure everything runs exactly as it should. She’s a favourite with our customers - quick to respond, easy to deal with, and always working to get the best outcome. Mina somehow knows everything about everyone, from names to orders, and if something needs fixing on the website, she’s already onto it. Often seen running from person to person to help wherever she’s needed, Mina is truly a woman of many talents and a go-to for both our team and our customers.

Wayne is the man behind a lot of the action here at Educational Essentials. Hard-working, always on top of his workload, and somehow juggling suppliers, staff and a phone that never seems to stop ringing. If theres a problem, chances are Wayne is already putting the fire out before anyone else even notices.
When he’s not keeping the wheels turning here, you’ll find him out sailing - which makes sense, because managing this crew takes some serious caption skills ⛵️
