🌸 The Space Between Us & Flowers — Akash Tatva 🌸

I was once told by Neelu Toare Art of Living teacher that flowers carry the energy of Akash Tatva — the Space Element. And she said, “You are blessed to work with flowers.” 🌸

I remember wondering… but flowers grow in the earth, so how can they represent Space? 🌱

Later, Neelu explained it to me in a way that stayed with me.

Flowers have a beautiful way of bringing us into the NOW moment.

When we truly pause and look at a flower — its colour, fragrance, softness and beauty — for those few moments, our mind is not in yesterday or tomorrow. We are simply present.

And in that present moment, there is space.

Space between us and the flower.
Space between our thoughts.
Space to simply breathe, observe and be.

Perhaps this is the beauty of Akash Tatva — not just the physical space around us, but the inner space that allows us to be fully present.

And every time I work with flowers, I am reminded of that little lesson:

Flowers may grow from the Earth, but they can gently connect us to Space. 🌸✨

Maybe that is the blessing of being able to work with flowers every day. 💛
