As the season changes and the goats are enjoying the Autumn sunshine, we are making a few very exciting changes to The Drunken Nanny. After several years of experimenting, learning and working out the do’s and don’ts of cheese and Kefir making we feel it is time to share some of this knowledge (humble learnings from many failures) with you all.
We are extremely passionate about all things made and grown from natural and local products. We love cheesemaking, fermenting, and growing. Our next step in the amazing The Drunken Nanny journey is to start sharing with you little pieces of our life on the farm and hints and tips for how to start
experimenting with your own cheesemaking, flower and vegetable growing, sour dough making and fermenting. There has been lots of work going on behind the scenes and we are buzzing about the continuing journey of The Drunken Nanny at Home.
