They're not really in our living room (a trick of the light in the window), but they do sleep on our deck.
And they have worked out that if one of them moves then the security light stays on :-D

Step one of our five year plan to be in a position to move happened today.
It was sad to see our two youngest boys, Chipperfield Karearea (Falcon) and Chipperfield Chatham Island Robin (Robin), go to their new home, but I know that they will be in good hands with Glen Thompson and Carina Diaz.
Here they are in their new home, looking very chilled.
I'll miss them :-(

No alpacas in sight, but Mrs Peacock and her four nearly grown up pea chicks.

It's been fascinating watching them grow. As chicks, you can't tell the girls from the boys. But one of them is beginning to show signs of the beautiful iridescent blue that shows he's a boy. And he hogs the micronized lupins, given half the chance :-D
