❄️ Winter has arrived! ❄️

The frosty mornings are certainly here, but they often lead to beautiful sunny days. Why not make the most of the fine weather and come and visit us at Vinnies? You'll always receive a warm welcome, and you never know what treasures you'll discover!

🛋️ Do you have furniture to donate?

If you're updating your home, downsizing, or simply have furniture you no longer need, we'd love to give it a new home. We can even arrange to collect larger furniture donations, making it easy and hassle-free for you. Just give us a call, and we'll organise everything.

We're also grateful to receive most other quality donations. Please note that, for safety reasons, we cannot accept children's cots, highchairs, car seats, electric blankets, or any items that must comply with current New Zealand safety standards.

💙 Could you volunteer with us?

We're looking for more friendly volunteers to join our wonderful team.

Whether it's welcoming customers, sorting donations, pricing items, creating attractive displays, or helping with the day-to-day running of the shop, every volunteer makes a real difference.

No experience is necessary—just a willingness to help, a friendly attitude, and a few hours to spare. Volunteering is a fantastic way to meet new people, learn new skills, and support your local community.

National Volunteer Week!

Vinnies Napier wants to say a HUGE thank you to all of our fabulous volunteers - we so appreciate everything you do!

The bric a brac washers, the silver polishes, the book alphabetisers, the furniture shifters, the clothing menders, the electrical testers, the price gun wielders the coat hanger wranglers, the CD sorters, the window dressers and shelf rearangers, the toy whisperers, the customer service stars and the vacuum queens...

We couldn't do it without you!

We'd love to have more volunteers, just 4 hours a week can make a big difference to the work we do in the Hawkes Bay community.

This week's cooler, wet weather has us thinking about warm and waterproof layers to wear through this ANZAC long weekend and beyond.

Our rails are stocked with smart coats, casual jackets and cosy knits for all the family!
