Today, I had a delightful catch up with a customer who just returned from an incredible adventure—can you guess where they went? I was pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful little thank-you gift, which sparked fond memories of my own travels in Africa. This experience reminded me of what I cherish most about my job: collaborating to create unforgettable travel plans and witnessing them come to life. I'm not motivated by the desire to take numerous trips myself or to earn accolades for high sales; rather, it's the joy of helping others and the genuine wish to make their journeys smoother that drives me. It's simply in my nature!

Hailing from Napier, New Zealand, Ruth inherited stunning oriental carpets from her grandmother, who lived abroad in the 1940s, and the captivating stories behind those rugs have always intrigued her. Now, she runs her own rug business in central Turkey and has built an international reputation for her integrity and quality. With an insatiable thirst for knowledge across various subjects, Ruth truly is a remarkable gem.
