Happy Sunday everyone! It’s been a vey busy week at the store creating new displays, sending out orders and unpacking new arrivals. We’ve met some wonderful new Customers from around the Country too and had some lovely chats. Good Morning, wishing everyone a very happy Friday! I stayed behind after the store closed yesterday to finish a new display inspired by our fabulous new delivery of Bungalow Denmark lampshades. If you know me I adore pink and our Rose cabbageware is oh so gorgeous. I actually did a little happy dance when I found out that Bordallo were relaunching this colourway. I’ve paired it with sweet vintage floral plates, a new tissue box cover, lampshades, silk ribbon, hydrangea napkins, Merimeri plates and a linen tea towel. I think it may just be one of most favourite vignettes over the past 10 years. I hope it brings you a little joy too xx

Happy Thursday evening! Apologies for being so quiet on our socials the past couple of weeks! There is so much happening with the renovation and at the store also. Lots of beautiful new and lovely finds. Julie has been oh so busy unpacking and loading the fabulous new arrivals and the store is looking extra inviting! We are loving our mix of vintage pieces at the store. Swipe through the photos to see the washboard and chapati board. Vintage pieces add such a personal and inviting mix to a home. They are full of character, warmth and texture and create a curated and intentional feel to a space. But what I am most excited about and very proud of is that we will be celebrating our 10th birthday next month since very first opening the doors at our original little space. We are planning a little something to thank all of our amazing Customers over the past 10 years. Keep an eye out for more on that very soon. In the meantime enjoy your evening xx

Happy Wednesday! It’s been a whirlwind few months for us and this post is very belated but in huge appreciation of Rogers Homewares. A few months ago I received a very exciting phone call from Leanne at Rogers to let me know I was the incredibly lucky winner of their recent Nawrap promotion and had won a $2,000 prize that included our flights, accommodation at the beautiful Cordis Hotel and meals at Gift Fair weekend. I was absolutely over the moon to be the lucky recipient and it made our time in Auckland extra special and such a treat. Love this gorgeous photo of Leanne and Sarah on the stand. We got to catch up with Leanne for a glass of w**e and cocktail to celebrate and are so grateful for Sarah who is an absolute gem and always goes above and beyond for us with her amazing support. Thanks a million Rogers! We love having your beautiful products at the store ❤️❤️❤️ xx

Happy Tuesday! Couldn’t resist these pretty Primulas to brighten up my planter basket at the front door. Seeing quite a lot of the view of this part of the house from the caravan we’ve hired as our home away from home to have a kitchen, shower and toilet. Frank has cleverly managed to get my washing machine working from our shed so that’s made my life a whole lot easier x
