Fresh NZ Sole has arrived and its our Catch of the Day this week! 🐟

This Wednesday 28th Oct in store while stocks last!

New Zealand sole is a delicate whole flatfish with a mild, slightly sweet flavour and tender, flaky white flesh. Found in the shallow coastal waters of New Zealand, they are particularly abundant around the South Island, including the West Coast.

Sole is best cooked whole to retain its natural moisture and flavour, it is delicious baked or roasted with lemon, garlic and herbs, or simply grilled and finished with herb butter. Its delicate flesh pairs beautifully with seasonal vegetables and fresh citrus.
