We have two promotions we are stoked to share.

Carmen Boyden is now our Commercial Manager, and Emily Johnston has stepped up into Property Manager.

Carmen's ability to build strong relationships and bring people together has made a significant contribution to our business. Her commercial mindset, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to maximise opportunities makes this promotion well deserved.

Pāpāmoa is growing at more than double the national rate.

+3.7% population growth per annum, compared to +1.4% nationally.

By 2038, the primary catchment is expected to grow from 54,070 people to around 68,330, adding roughly 14,260 new residents. Retail spend across the wider catchment is forecast to grow from $2.25 billion to $3.36 billion over the same period.

Papamoa Plaza sits right at the centre of that growth, anchored by Woolworths and The Warehouse, and already pulling in 2.7 million customer visits a year.

There's also a visitor economy most suburban centres don't get, over $62 million a year in spend from holidaymakers and visitors, including $11.3 million from Auckland alone.

A major milestone has been reached at Richmond Mall, with Stage One of the PAK'nSAVE extension now complete and open to customers. The latest drone footage shows just how quickly the redevelopment is taking shape, with significant progress now visible across the site.
