The St John Nelson Store sells quality second hand goods to raise funds for our ambulance and community services in the Nelson area. Please help us by donating quality clean goods, such as clothing, footwear, furniture, books, housewares, linen and collectibles. Items can be delivere

d to our shop during opening hours (10am - 4.30pm week days) at the Vanguard Street entrance. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our wonderful team of volunteers who run our shop. This could include helping with deliveries, cleaning and sorting of goods and customer service. If you are able to give a minimum of one 3.5 hour shift each week, as part of a rostered team, we would love to hear from you! St John services available at our Nelson Store:

• First Aid Kits / AED enquiries
• Mobility Aids
• Volunteer enquiries

We've had many people ask if the St John Nelson Store can open on Sundays... and we'd love to make it happen!

The only thing standing in the way? Weekend volunteers. 💛

Could you spare just 3 hours on a Sunday to help your local community?

Morning Shift: 9:30am – 12:30pm
Afternoon Shift: 12:00pm – 3:00pm

Whether you can help every week, fortnightly, or even occasionally, we'd love to hear from you. No retail experience is needed—just a friendly smile and a willingness to make a difference.

By volunteering, you'll help us:

💛School Holiday Fun at St John Nelson Op Shop 💛

We've got a couple of fun challenges for the school holidays!

🧸 Toy Donation Challenge – If your kids have toys they've outgrown that are still in great condition, we'd love for you to donate them. Share the magic and recieve a fun activity pack.

👕 $5 Kids' Outfit Challenge – With 99% of our kids' clothing and footwear just $1 each, can your little stylist put together a complete outfit for just $5? Whether it's a cosy winter look or a wild and wacky creation, we'd love to see it!
