.clips - Lazy Sunday block slides

- On that “comeback” mission- 1 skate at a time.
Starting Running rehab this Monday- slightly anxious.

I’m almost 13 weeks post my initial injury- Soft tissue healing is achieved at 12. The focus is strengthening/ getting those muscles back to where they should be (80% of my Non affected side) in order to support my knee. I’m wearing a brace when I roll and I listen to my body and stop when I feel discomfort. I’ve had to rethink the way I skate- I can’t go “hard” / push myself like my usual. I am learning to relax and simply just enjoy being able to roll.
