Hey, I’m McKenzie, I’m 17 years old and I love to sew. I originally started SewKenzie in March 2021 as a school project, but it quickly grew into something much more. What started as a small idea turned into a real passion for creating hand made items.
Around a year ago, I made the tough decision to close SewKenzie. I had lost motivation and passion to what I was creating. It wasn’t an easy choice, but I knew I needed a break. Except there was one thing, I always knew I wasn’t finished with SewKenzie for good.
After taking time away, I’ve been able to rediscover my creativity and passion for sewing again. I’ve realised how much I have missed designing and making hand made pieces for you all to love! Now, I’m bringing SewKenzie back-better, stronger, and more inspired than ever.
SewKenzie is more than just a business to me, it’s something I’ve built with care, creativity and love. I am so excited to start this new chapter and share my handmade items with you all again!
