Some news from Durham Precinct - we have new owners!

Ngāruawāhia Village Church took over ownership of the Precinct in July. Nothing changes day to day. It'll be the same businesses and the same great kai.

Durham Precinct began as the vision of James and Amy Whetu, who put a huge amount of heart and soul into building this place from the ground up. We're grateful to be picking up where they left off, and we honour everything they've built here. All the very best to you and your whānau for what's next.

Thanks also to the businesses that make this place what it is:

Kaireka Cafe
Phat Pattie - The Burger Shop
Hākarimata Boutique 6 Durham st Ngāruawāhia
Aangan Taste of India
Journies Strength Health Fitness
North Waikato Physiotherapy
Eastside Law

We've got space available too, so if you're looking for a home for your business, please get in touch.

A bit about the new owners: Ngāruawāhia Village Church is a local non-denominational church that's been part of Ngāruawāhia since 2013. The doors at 40 Jesmond St are open every Sunday from 9:30am and everyone is welcome. We love this place and we're in it for the long haul. More at https://nvc.nz.
