Another little wander through one of the kitchenware shelves today.

There's a bit of everything tucked away here – vintage Pyrex mixing bowls ad well as ups , glass lemon juicers, retro storage containers, canisters and plenty of those handy everyday bits that have stood the test of time.

Down on the bottom shelf you'll also spot a good old roasting dish. These older roasting dishes have cooked countless Sunday roasts over the years and are still just as capable today. Perfect if you're after something that was made to be used, not just looked at.

As always, stock is always changing, so if you spot something you like, don't leave it too long. Pop in for a browse – you never know what you'll find hiding on the next shelf.

A quick flick through the aprons and tea towels rack. We've really filled this up over the last few weeks, with plenty of new aprons and heaps of vintage tea towels added. The tea towel hangers have 2 on each.

Most of the tea towels are cotton, linen, or a blend of the two. They're all in good vintage condition, with a few showing the odd storage mark from spending years tucked away unused in a cupboard. A quick wash should see most of those come up nicely.

Whether you're after something to brighten up the kitchen, use as intended, or add to a vintage collection, there's plenty to rummage through.

We've always got a nice wee selection of Crown Lynn duos on the shelves. They come and go all the time, so you never quite know what you'll find when you wander through the shop.

Whether you're replacing a favourite, adding to a collection, or just after a cuppa with a bit of Kiwi history, it's always worth having a look. Some patterns disappear quickly, while others might just be waiting for the right person to take them home.

A new lamp headed out onto the shop floor this morning. Not quite as tall or as funky as the last one, but it does have one very handy feature... the built-in table. Perfect for resting your morning coffee... or your evening whisky. I know which way I'm leaning 😉🥃

The shade is a real beauty too, with lovely pleated detailing and fringe, and it's in really good vintage condition for its age. There are a couple of small age marks, but nothing that takes away from how well it presents.

It's been tested and goes well, although as with any vintage electrical item, we always recommend getting a quick professional check before regular use.

A great statement piece that is also practical, whether it's for the lounge, reading corner or the She Shed. Going out the door at only $199.

A couple of the kitchenware cubbies are looking pretty well stocked at the moment, packed with all sorts of interesting bits and pieces from years gone by.

Storage containers, shakers, salt & pepper sets, sauce bottles, gem pans, bean slicers and plenty more. These are the everyday items that were made to be used, and many are still going strong decades later.

If you enjoy rummaging through practical vintage treasures, there's every chance you'll spot something that brings back a memory—or fills a gap in your own kitchen.

We're open until 4.00pm today, so pop in for a browse and see what catches your eye.

We always have a selection of vintage mirrors in stock, and there's usually a few great shapes and styles to choose from.

Like most genuine vintage mirrors, they're all in vintage condition. It's pretty hard to find a 60–70-year-old mirror that's absolutely perfect, and we think those little signs of life just add to their character and story.

We've also got one absolutely massive tall mirror waiting for the right space in the shop. It's definitely a statement piece and would look incredible in the right home, hallway or commercial space. We're just trying to find the perfect spot to display it!

Whether you're after something practical or a mirror that becomes a feature in the room, it's always worth having a browse next time you're in. You never know what shape, size or style might catch your eye.

Just up the top of the stairs... all two of them! 😄

That's where you'll find the toys and man cave goodies. We've got a bit of Fraggle Rock, Asterix, Basil Brush, ALF, plus plenty of spirits memorabilia, beer mugs, vintage glasses and all sorts of other nostalgic bits and pieces.

Whether you're chasing a few memories from growing up, looking for something different for the shed or bar, or simply need a new glass to enjoy a cold one in, it's worth taking those couple of steps upstairs. You never know what you'll discover!

Just a quick reminder that we're back to our normal opening hours this week, so keep an eye out for the signs going out at midday on Friday.

We've been busy pricing again, but this week's lot is a little different. There aren't boxes and boxes of stock heading out onto the shelves, but the number of new items is about the same—just lots of smaller treasures instead. That means plenty of fresh finds to browse, with all sorts of interesting bits and pieces tucked throughout the shop.

Brooch night tonight, and what an interesting collection it turned out to be! Some of these have appeared before in a group photo, but I thought they deserved to be shown individually so you can really appreciate the detail.

There are some fantastic pieces here, including a grouse foot brooch, antler, several Scottish rose brooches, a swallow, a spider, and plenty of other unique designs. It turned into quite an interesting evening learning about the history and stories behind many of them.

If you're a collector or just love unusual vintage jewellery, make sure you have a look through the photos.

Pricing is on each picture. A great collection with plenty of character—hopefully there's something that catches everyone's eye!
